Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 31, 2026

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuietWin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bluesmite.

02 Beta Status

QuietWin is currently in Open Beta. While the application is functional, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. Features like "Identity & Insights" are actively evolving and may change significantly during this period as we refine the experience based on community momentum.

03 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. You must provide a valid email address during registration. We take security seriously, but you are ultimately responsible for your own credentials.

04 User Content

You retain ownership of the content (wins) you log on QuietWin. By using the service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content to you as part of the application's core functionality.

05 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use QuietWin for any illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or interfere with the experience of other users.

06 Limitation of Liability

QuietWin is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service. Since we are in an active beta phase, minor disruptions or data presentation errors may occur as we scale our infrastructure.

07 Governing Law

QuietWin is built and operated by Bluesmite in London, UK. Any matters relating to these terms will be handled according to the laws of England and Wales.
